Falling Into Fluff Event Coming Soon! Earn Early Entries!

Falling Into Fluff
<a href="http://www.ecobabymamadrama.com/" target="_blank"><img src="http://i305.photobucket.com/albums/nn226/skinsgaloreandmore/bkg/falling-into-fluff-1.gif"></a>

In honor of baby Tates recovery from his battle with C-diff and us being given the Dr.'s blessings to get back into cloth diapers I am proud to announce a huge celebration that will include some wonderful products that we have had the opportunity to use!  Several of the amazing sponsors are also offering giveaways of products and gift certificates to their stores.

Before all the fluffy fun begins I am offering you the chance to get extra entries!  There are a few ways to earn entries and each option you do will earn you 5 extra entries on each giveaway during the event!  That is 15 extra entries into each giveaway!

  • Leave a comment on this blog post telling me why you cloth diaper or why you want to cloth diaper if you haven't started yet.  I cloth diaper because when Tates was little most disposable diapers gave him a rash and when I found out what was in disposables it made me want a healthy alternative for my little one!
  • Post the event button on your blog or website and share the link with me in a comment on this post
  • Share about the event by posting on your blog or if you don't have a blog you can email at least 2 friends about the event! (You must cc me on the email-ecobabymamadrama at gmail dot com) then leave a comment that you emailed me
Once you have done any or all of these please make sure to comment for each option you elect to do.  Comments will close BEFORE the event starts as these are early entries.  Thanks so much and I can't wait to share this event and it's great sponsors and products with you all!

*I am still accepting sponsors if you or someone you know is interested in participating in this event please feel free to contact me at ecobabymamadrama at gmail dot com.

I started cloth diapering to save money. Now I'm glad I do because I don't want chemicals next to my baby's body. Can't wait for the fluff event, they are my favorite!

  2. I started cloth diapering my first because I was astounded by how much money it took to keep him in sposies! Now the diapers are being reused with my second and I am so happy we switched to cloth when we did!

  3. I started to cloth diaper because I didn't like throwing away all those disposables. I felt guilty. Also, I didn't like buying them every few weeks....so expensive! I am so glad I did because it gave me a new hobby!

  6. I will cloth diaper our children when they come because of the cost savings! We are on an extremely tight budget so every penny counts. I also like that I am able to do good things for my babies and the environment while still savings money!

  7. We started CDing because it was cheaper than buying disposables! Now *I* do it because of the cuteness factor and the health benefits! Dd is only in them at night but we are TTC so hopefully soon I will have one in CDs full time again!

  8. I started cloth diapering to save money and since I started with my first child, I can reuse many of them for future children. Then I started reading about the chemicals in diapers (Dioxin)-and I'm happier we use mostly cloth.

  18. We originally decided to cloth diaper because we knew we wouldn't be able to afford the monthly cost of disposables. However, after using disposables I got from Birth Right, we found out Bug got a bad chemical rash from disposables anyway, and we needed to use cloth.

  46. I want to cloth diaper because I don't like that disposables take 250-500 years to break down in the landfill. I try to be as eco friendly as possible. Another reason being that most of the major diaper brands out there are owned by companies that test on animals, which does not sit well with me.

  70. I started cloth diapering cause we needed to save money. My husband came back from being deployed and was unemployed for about 4 months. I had our son at the tail end of the unemployment period. We watched our savings dwindle and I knew that I had to come up with something to slash pretty much all things across the board. Cloth diapers were awesome. I started out with 4 dz prefolds and 7 covers. I also had a bad experience with disposables while visiting family. My son blistered after being in disposables (Huggies) for about 36 hours. He had a reaction to the "safe" gel stuff even though I wiped him down and dried him off between changes. I love cloth.

  71. We started cloth diapering to save money, but a few months into it (and after sharing everything I was learning about cloth versus disposable), my husband actually said he would cloth diaper even if it did cost more! So we're doing it for the health reasons, although it being cheaper definitely helps, especially with another on the way, so we'll have two in diapers for a few months. :crosses fingers for quick potty-training:

  82. I cloth diapered by daughter from about 7 months on because of horrendous diaper rashes and chemical burns from disposables. Who knows how many $100s worth of gas money to & from the doctor, copays, prescriptions, over the counter creams and powders, and trying different brands of disposables didn't fix the problem, but 1 week of cloth did. I researched what was in disposable diapers , and we did not use 1 single disposable diaper after that. She's potty trained, but with "baby brother" due in December, our goal is to NEVER use a disposable diaper to avoid those same issues.
