And a Feature.... We will also be featuring a reader and their favorite giveaway blogger every month! Fill out our form if you are interested in being featured and thanking a giveaway blogger for what they do!

It's my pleasure to introduce you all to… Kevin from Linkies Contest Linkies

Tell us about your giveaway entering. I would call myself a Sweeps veteran for sure. I have been entering contests and giveaways on and off now for about 4 years. My daily habits were to enter about 200 contests a day or more using my favorite tool Roboform. OMG I hear the "Oh thats cheating" and gasps already lol. Oh well If others are doing it and I am going to be left with not so great odds you better believe I am jumping on the bandwagon.

Up until about 5 months ago I would enter your standard contests and sweepstakes until one day I happened upon Blog Giveaways. Oh how confusing for me at first. The odd time I would enter an option or 2 not really knowing what I was doing. I decided one day to delve into it a bit more and learn all about it. I got the hang of it and one day I won a prize. WOOHOO the congratulatory email came. Oh wow you really can win these. I then decided I needed more ways to enter so I created a blog, I signed up to some social sites and the rest is pretty much history. I am now proud owner of Linkies Contest Linkies a blog that is all about advertising contests, sweeps and giveaways to both Canadians and Americans.

My favorite type of giveaways to win are products I can personally try out such as sunscreens, food products, new products and the like. I then can turn around and do my own review on my blog. Last product I personally won was awesome Shian Naturals products from 50plussinglebbw. I have tried the products out and already done a review on them. Yup its so much more work than I thought it would be but I absolutely Love it. Blogging has opened up a whole new world to me. I can only hope to one day turn around and help other newbies get on to this fabulous journey of blogging. You meet so many fantastic people along the way.

My favorite tip to winning would have to be really read the rules. Its a pain sometimes but you can find other entry options sometimes that you never new existed. The fine print is sometimes your friend.

Please stop by, I am currently hosting my very first giveaway!

Kevin would like to specially thank… Pawsitive Living (link: http://pawsitiveliving.ca)

Why do you want to thank them? Did you win something cool? Do you like what they offer?

I would like to thank pawsitiveliving.ca formerly known as pawberrylane for allowing me to creep her blog and learn as much as I could. Also I would like to mention Multitesting Mommy (link: Multi-testingmommy.blogspot.com) This girl rocks! I had some problems with my blog not loading. She took the time out to help me figure out what was wrong and testing out my blog for me. What a fantastic person for taking time from busy blogging to help out another.

Final thanks to you three for taking your time out of your busy schedule to want to feature me. You also rock!! Thanks so much for getting to know me.Looking forward to today, tomorrow and watching you all win some fabulous prizes.Thank you!

Monday Meet & Greet Week Nine

Welcome to the latest edition of Monday Meet & Greet!  This is a weekly post that will feature a new blogger each Monday so everyone can get to know the blogger behind the blog.  This week I have the pleasure to introduce you all to Laura from Mom Mart.  Once you read about her and get to know her a bit more head on over to her blog and check her out!  Feel free to leave her some comment love!

Your Name:
Laura Andry

Where do you blog?
Mom Mart (Http://MomMart.blogspot.com)

How did you decide on what to name your blog?
I am a stay at home mother with two little boys. My husband always jokes around about how certain "jobs" around the house are mine and fall under my job description. I told him I felt like one of those superstores that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and that he could just refer to me as MomMart from now on.

Mom Mart

Tell us a little bit about you:
I am a stay at home mother with a 5-month-old baby boy and a 2 1/2 -year-old little boy. My boys are 100% boy 100% of the time and I love it! I have been happily married to my best friend going on five years now and couldn't feel more blessed. I am a Christian and thank the Lord everyday for all the blessings in my life. I am a glass half full type of girl who looks for the humor in every situation. I am an organizational neat freak who loves being crafty and creative. I have been blogging since April 2011 after deciding that I wanted to try my hand at writing. So far, it has been a lot of fun.

Tell us five of your favorite things and five of your least favorite things:

5 Favorite Things:
My family- I love my entire family, they are my best friends. I have a great relationship with my in-laws and truly love spending time with each and every member of my family.
Baby Gear - I am completely addicted!
Vacations where I don't have to drive - if I have to drive it is not a vacation.
The smell of apples - yummy!
Pedicures- nothing makes me feel more pampered than pretty toes.

5 Least Favorite:
Rude People- I have no idea where manners have vanished to, but they need to make a come back!
Heels - I strongly dislike wearing heels. They hurt my feet :(
Long lines - really, no need to explain.
Getting lost - I feel incredibly vulnerable when I am lost.
Asking for help - I am stubborn and like to think that I can do anything and everything on my own and I rarely ask for help, even when I need it. It is a big fault of mine.

When and why did you start blogging?
I started seriously blogging in April 2011 after having suffered from mastitis. I had no idea what was wrong with me and I was frightened. I had a hard time finding information about this subject and decided that I would share my experiences with others and put my information out there. I wanted to write and this was what really pushed me to start doing it.

What do you blog about?
I guess it is more accurate to ask me what I don't blog about. I share my experiences and my perspectives as a stay at home mom. I talk about breastfeeding, potty training, family friendly activities, crafts for kids, blog hops, product reviews, giveaways, and have recently started adding quick and easy recipes. I essentially share my life.

What is your favorite blog post ever?
Potty Training William Continued  I think my whole potty training experience is too funny. I laugh every time I think about it.

What is your favorite item you ever reviewed?
My Hoover Vacuum Cleaner!!

What are your favorite blogs to read?:
Mama B (http://mamabblog.com/)
The Baby Guy Gear Guide (http://www.babyguygearguide.com/)
There are many many more that I check on a daily basis, but these two I check before I check my own email!

Costume Supercenter Review

As most of you know Tates has some delayed speech issues however he knows how to sign 'dog' and has started making sounds 'duh duh' as well so when given a choice of toddler Halloween costumes to review from Costume Supercenter.com I jumped at the chance and chose the Precious Puppy Costume in size small (3T).

When we received the costume I immediately fell in love, it was so cute!  The costume is 100% polyester however the interior if fully lined and not itchy at all.  The exterior is very soft and looks exactly like the picture.  The belly portion is fluffy and matches the stout of the head piece which has a little tongue sticking out on one side.  The adorable little tail on the back wags when Tates runs around, it is precious!  The head piece is separate from the costume and has a simple snap closure in the back, the over sized floppy puppy ears make the costume!  I love the shoe covers, they make the costume complete and the child can still wear their own shoes.  The hands also have a little attached cover so the child looks like they have paws. The collar has a little bone dog tag which is a nice addition to the costume as well.

Tates decided it was time for his head piece to come off!

At the bottom of the page there is additional product description information that I found quite helpful, it included what the costume was made of, what the costume included, care instructions, size availability and whether or not the costume was over sized or not.  The details about whether or not the costume is over sized or not are critical to me because Tates is allergic to polyester (gives him a rash) so I needed to make sure some pj's would fit under the costume.

The size 3T fit very well with the exception of the arms that seemed a little bit snug and it was slightly difficult to get Tates arms in and out, otherwise we are very pleased with this costume and look forward to using it!

What are you or child going to dress up to be for Halloween?

Currently Costume Supercenter is offering 20% off orders of $50 or more with the code listed below!

I was sent a Precious Puppy costume free of charge to facilitate this review. I was under no obligation to provide a positive review and my opinions have not been influenced in any way.

Anytime Costumes Review & Giveaway

I can't beleive it is already Fall!  Halloween is just around the corner and this year is a super exciting one for us as Tates is walking and we are hopeful he will want to go trick-or-treating!

Anytime Costumes offers a wide variety of costumes for every family member from your little baby to Dad costumes.  I really love the variety and themes that are offered, depending on family size your whole family could do a super cute theme if you wanted.  T-Bone isn't planning on dressing up and I let DJ choose the costume for Tates so I had to share with the UPS man when out Anytime Costumes package was delivered that the costume inside was the Toddler UPS Guy!  He laughed and wanted to see it!

When we opened it I immediately noticed that it was a very high quality made costume.  The UPS logo patch looked authentic (It's an Official UPS licensed costume) and the material was very soft.  I was very impressed with this costume, I anticipate it lasting through several kids.  I really like the hat too, the bill of the hat is soft not like typical hats.

We chose a size 3T, I assumed the costume would be worn over Pj's and I crossed my fingers it would fit.  The waist of the pants is a stretchy elastic that is completely encased, the legs are a wide cut.  The shirt was also a very generous cut and has an easy velcro closure.  After the first wash the thread on one of the velcro patches came loose however I fixed it very easily and I am not a seamstress by far!  We haven't had any other issues with the costume.  As you can see in the pictures Tates wasn't cooperating at photo time and he wouldn't keep the shirt tucked in and had pulled the pants down quite a bit, and threw the hat off in the second one.

Right now Anytime Costumes is offering free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $50 with code SHIPHAL11!

Or if you are feeling lucky you could win your choice of any one costume  valued at up to $50 right here!  Thank you so much Anytime Costumes!

Enter via Rafflecopter form below!  Please make sure that you have a US shipping address for this giveaway!

It's Monday!  Any that means it's time to meet another blogger!  For anyone that is just joining in here is the scoop~each Monday a new blogger is featured so you the readers can get to know a little bit more about the blogger behind the blog!  This week it is my pleasure to introduce you all to Ashley, please read a little about her below then drop by her blog to see what she is up to and leave her some comment love!

Your Name:
Ashley T

Where do you blog?
http://andthelittleonestoo.com

How did you decide on what to name your blog?
I wanted something cute but also something that would also cover future kids.

and the little ones, too

Tell us a little bit about you....
I am a working mother of 2 boys also helping support my husband through school.

When and why did you start blogging?
I started blogging a couple days before my son’s first birthday to help my family keep up with how he was doing. In the past year or so, I began doing more writing and dedicating myself to my blog. I dove into reviewing and loved it right away. I’ve been happy with it ever since.

What does your family think of your blog? Do they read it?:
My husband is the only one who reads it regularly. It doesn’t bother me that they don’t read it… much. I know that if I wrote something that I wanted them to read and told them about it, they would check it out.

When do you find the time to blog?
I do most of my writing either right before bed after the boys go to sleep or during work. Sometimes its slow where I work and I could write 3 posts in a day and schedule them to keep up with days where there just aren’t any extra hours.

What is your favorite item you ever reviewed?
I have 2 favorite items I’ve reviewed. The first is a post I just published last week called Luminess Air and the other favorite is the SodaStream review. There were the 2 I had the most fun with.

What brand or product would you really like to work with/review?
I don’t have a specific company I’d LOVE to work with but I’d love to review a car seat. You can only do so much in the stores and I loved Hayden’s convertible seat but I am always on a lookout for a new one.

What advice would you give a new blogger?
Reach out to other bloggers and interact with them. I have found that I wouldn’t know as much as I do without the help of other bloggers around.

What widget or feature could you not live without?
Commentluv. It makes it so much easier for me to visit other blogs and check out what they write about. Maybe even start following them.

Mompact: Zatswho Review & Giveaway #mompact

Welcome to the Mompact Blog Hop!  This is a very special event that I am so proud to take part in. Being able to focus on products made by moms and work with all the other blogs involved in this has been so exciting!  With 120 blogs, 150 prizes and a GRAND prize from MomPact there are so many opportunities to win just by supporting your favorite moms!

Zatswho, LLC

As my part of this event I was sent a set of Zatswho Soft Photo Recognition Flashcards with a blue carry tote.  Immediately Tates wanted to play with the soft colorful little frames.  For those that don't know Tates is 18 months old and hasn't spoken yet.  He just recently started babbling but that is still very minimal.  Our speech therapist has recommended that we take pictures of Tates favorite toys and foods/drinks so he can point to them to help him communicate with us while we continue to (learn ourselves) and teach him sign language.  These cards are so helpful!  I wish I had more so I could have enough of them to accomodate all the pictures we would like to help Tates to learn.

Tates looking through his tote

Blue Bag
Each flashcard game contains (6) six 4" x 6" differently colored soft flexible flashcards with Travel tote and game play instructions. Each flashcard has one end being unsealed to slip your photos in for personalization. Photos may be sealed into the fames if desired by removing peel away strips. The flip side of each soft card has one simple shape cut out that is repeated twice in each set to teach about shapes, matching and sequencing. Each soft card is a different color for teaching color.

Cards in tote next to beverage for size comparison

Super soft, and they hold up for teething too :)
Zatswho Photo Flashcard Set

The cards are very soft and easy for Tates to hold, he has trouble getting all the cards back in the bag and gets frustrated with trying to do so as the bag is just big enough to hold the cards and doesn't have a lot of wiggle room.  I like the wipe clean surface where the pictures are seen as anyone with a baby/toddler can attest to sticky stuff getting on things is a common event.  Although Tates has bent the cards and the clear surface area shows it a little the cards are still very functional.  I highly recommend these to any parent with a child that has a speech delay but also think they would be very helpful to any parent as they can help teach children colors and shapes.
Vibrant colors and shape recognition on the opposite side for additional learning
Mmmm yogurt!

Great way to aid in communication with your child that doesn't speak,  what does  baby want to drink or eat?

So who wants to win their own set of Zatswho Soft Photo Recognition Flashcards in their choice of color tote (availability may vary).  Just enter in the Rafflecopter form below!
