Workout Worry Free With Instead Softcup



I know I have already mentioned this a few times but this year I really want to get in better shape.  Not only do I want to eat better and take better care of myself but I want to get more active and workout whether it is just going for a jog or doing some workout videos at home with the kids, I want to get my heart pumping!


If you are like me and dread working out when it is that special time of the month that our not so friendly friend comes to visit then you are in for a pleasant surprise.  I recently put the Instead Softcup to the test during some hard core workout sessions in an effort to see if this menstrual cup is as good as I was hoping.

I haven’t worked out in forever (and I do mean forever) so I started off slow with just some stretching and light cardio then some dumbbell lifting.  The next day I lengthened the cardio and also stepped it up a notch and did a little more intense weight lifting and by the end of the week I had been in the pool with a water aerobics class and gone on a half hour run!  I did all of that with the Softcup in place and it’s proven to me that mother nature can’t hinder this girl’s workout schedule! I AM GETTING IN SHAPE! I know a half hour run doesn’t sound super intense to some of you however I am really out of shape and for me that is a fabulous start. 


One of the best parts about the Softcup in my opinion is how comfortable it is.  You really don’t even know you are wearing it to be completely honest.  As you can see from the picture above the Softcup is super flexible and molds itself to your unique internal shape immediately.  I love that you can wear the Softcup for up to 12 hours at a time, super convenient! 

With my recent goals of getting in better shape and trying to stay motivated to be healthier I am really glad that thanks to the Softcup my menstrual cycle isn’t a hurdle to overcome during workouts.
