So let’s talk about MY Nutrisystem Success this week, I am ELATED to share that I rocked it this week and dropped 4.2 pounds! 4.2! I had to say it twice because I am almost in denial!! That brings my total to 5.2 pounds in 8 weeks. Please check out my other weekly updates to see how my mishaps have led me to not loose as much as I could and make sure you don’t make the same mistakes!

I really tried to cut out lots of my Mt Dew habit this past week and walked lots more to increase my weigh loss and it worked! I just have to stay focused and positive in the weeks to come and realize not every week will be this successful BUT I am really loving today! 🙂
